Pattern Design and Development
Pattern-making is an art in itself which can be mastered only by many years of practical experience and by having sound knowledge of the casting process. In addition to our Senior Methods Engineer with 30+ years experience, Sawbrook Steel has an on-site pattern shop which employs pattern engineers with decades of experience building and rigging patterns.
Our pattern shop has complete dimensional layout capability and the ability to repair and rig existing patterns. We use Solidworks and Solidcast solidification software and 3-D modeling to ensure sound castings.
Sawbrook's monthly production of 85+ tons shows our capability to get any job done.
